Terms of Service

Haldun AI (the “Service”) is a web service by Haldun Ai LLC (“we”, “us”) that turns Mongolian ideas and pictures into images and videos. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

This is an English translation for convenience. If it differs from the Mongolian version, the Mongolian version prevails.

1. The Service and the beta period

1.1The Service is currently in beta (testing). Tools, styles and limits may change, and the Service may pause. We will give notice in advance when we can.

1.2You use the Service by signing up with your email (at times with a beta code we issue). One person, one account. Your account and code are personal — do not pass them on. If you believe someone else has access to your account, let us know.

1.3Each account (or code) has a daily limit on creations. What is left shows in the top corner of the studio and resets at midnight Ulaanbaatar time. A creation that fails is not counted.

1.4Credits. Every creation uses credits; the cost of one creation is shown in the studio. New accounts get 30 free credits once. If a creation fails, its credits are returned. Credits have no cash value — they cannot be cashed out, transferred to others or merged into another account. If an account is closed, unused free credits expire.

1.5The Service is free during the beta. Plan prices on the site are a preliminary plan. Before paid service starts, we will add prices, payment and refund terms here and announce them in advance.

2. Who may use it

2.1During the beta the Service is for people aged 18 or over.

2.2If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

3. Your content and results

3.1Input means the ideas, text, pictures, references and character pictures you provide. Results means the images, videos and other works the Service produces from your input.

3.2You keep the rights to your input. You confirm that you have the right to use it (it is yours, or you have the owner’s permission). If a real person appears in a picture, you have that person’s consent.

3.3To provide the Service — process your input, pass it to AI service providers and return results to you — you grant us a limited right to use your input. We do not publish your input or results as examples, or sell them, without your permission.

3.4You may use results for personal and commercial purposes — within these terms, the law and the terms of the AI service providers used by the Service. We claim no ownership of results.

3.5AI results may not be unique: another user may get a similar result. How copyright applies to AI‑made content may not be fully settled, so check before using results in a logo, brand or advertising.

4. Prohibited use

Do not use the Service to:

• break the laws of Mongolia or any other applicable law;
• depict minors in sexual content — under any circumstances;
• use a real person’s likeness without consent to defame, humiliate or sexualise them, or create deceptive fake (deepfake) content;
• infringe others’ copyright, trademarks or privacy;
• incite hatred, violence, or acts dangerous to life or health;
• create fake news, fraud, or content that misleads voters;
• bypass the Service’s safeguards; or try to extract or copy its internal instructions, methods or databases (for example, using crafty text to make the AI leave its instructions);
• use it automatically at scale with scripts or bots; or sign in with someone else’s account or code;
• open multiple accounts to collect free credits;
• resell the Service or offer it as your own service without our permission.

We may refuse requests that break this section, and suspend or close beta codes and accounts. Where the law requires, we will notify the relevant authorities.

5. Our property

The Haldun AI software, its internal methods, instructions, databases, brand, logo and site design belong to Haldun Ai LLC or to right holders who licensed them to us. These terms give you the right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of any of these.

6. Third‑party services

We use third‑party AI services to produce results. The list is in the Privacy Policy. If their services are interrupted or change, our Service may be affected too.

7. Warranty and liability

7.1The beta Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or error, or that results will come out as you want. AI may produce wrong, incomplete or unexpected results.

7.2How you use and publish results is your responsibility.

7.3Except where the law forbids it, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or data loss arising from use of the Service. After paid service starts, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7.4These terms do not limit the rights that Mongolian law gives consumers.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if these terms are broken or when the beta programme ends. We will give notice in advance when we can.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date of the update is shown at the top, and important changes are announced on the site and in the studio. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Disputes are first settled by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, they are resolved by the courts of Mongolia.
